All orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Excluding Sundays and public holidays

During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Methods Available

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (if available)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders

Shipping availability may vary depending on your delivery location.


3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Current shipping charges:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49
  • Express Shipping: ₹99
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

Shipping offers and promotions may be available during special sales or campaigns.


5. Order Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • Tracking ID / AWB number
  • Courier partner details

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided after dispatch.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we work hard to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • The package is refused by the customer

additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Cartlo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Cartlo ships only within India and does not offer international shipping.

We may expand international shipping services in the future.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and products

Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
