1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- The return request must be made within 5 Days of delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers can request a return within 5 Days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time:
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 Business Days
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong products delivered
- Size issues (if applicable)
Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 Days of delivery.
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number in the communication
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products
Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Cartlo will bear the return shipping cost.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank
- Wait a few business days for processing
